Dear Fellow Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for taking time to learn more about AEF. We are excited about some new efforts underway and want to share them with you.

AEF just turned 15, and we’re hoping to celebrate this anniversary with a $50,000 gift to our students and teachers this year. The Foundation volunteers are working to strengthen the organization’s infrastructure, raise money and develop new networks of support so the Foundation is poised for even greater success in the next fifteen years.

We spent last year interviewing and surveying hundreds of stakeholders to develop a strategic plan—a detailed roadmap to guide us going forward. We have a clearly articulated mission and vision, and our funding priorities are well-defined. The Foundation has a dedicated and skilled set of volunteers who are devoted to strengthening AEF, so that our schools are supported now and in the future. I invite you to join me as a volunteer and a donor -- together we can help set a new standard of support for our schools.
