What happens if the item I donate to does not reach it’s goal?

Hopefully the PTO that posted the item would endeavor to make an extra effort to raise additional funds to cover the shortfall. However, if the goal is not met, the money will be held for use by that PTO for another item that the PTO may choose to use it for.

What is the fee for online payments?

PayPal charges a 2.9% + $0.30 fee on each transaction. This fee is deducted from your total payment, not added to it.

Example:

Donation = $100
Fee = $2.90 + $.30 = $3.20
Net donation to AEF = $96.80
